A successful day at this year's Parkinson Superwalk in Peterborough, Ontario.
A variety of tulips were selected by many of the walkers on this beautiful day for a fundraiser. It often gives volunteers a sense of pride to express their support when raising money and awareness for a cause that is so near and dear to their hearts. There were also some superhero images selected (see the Millennium Falcon and the Batman symbol above)... chosen by superheroes, themselves.
Heather-Feather's Face Painting sends wishes to all individuals and families dealing with this challenging disease. I wore my tulips in memory of my Uncle Frank who passed with Parkinson's.
