Come on down to the Peterborough Morrow Building (next to the Memorial Centre, Lansdowne St.) from 10 am - 1 pm on Saturday, October 31st, 2009.

Choose from face painting, coloured hairspray, crazy hair, temporary tattoos & skin gems. Bonus Hallowe'en sticker to each child. Teens and parents welcome too!
