Fees for the festival will be as follows...
( $1 = 1 Ticket )
* Face Painting on 1 cheek = 2 Tickets
* Face Painting on 2 cheeks = 4 Tickets
* Face Painting for full face = 5 Tickets
* Coloured Hairspray = 2 Tickets - 6 Tickets
*Crazy Hair = 3 - 7 Tickets
* 6 Skin Gems = 1 Ticket
* Painting on bare arms, legs, etc. equivelant to above sizing.
