to come out and participate in the festivities!  We had a blast!

In addition to the yummy anniversary cake and the fresh grilled burgers & dogs that were being shared by the staff at Vinnies, Heather-Feather was on site to provide lots of fun for the kiddos!  We not only had face painting, but also temporary tattoos, crazy hair, and stickers!

We had lots of siblings get their faces painted together, as well as some fun 'body art'!

 We're always so honoured, too, when the little ones come to get their very first face painting done with us!  Even with the wriggling and giggling, we make them smile... even putting their little paintings on their leg or arm where they can see them for themselves.  We aim to please!

Finishing Off June --- Face Painting!

We rounded out the month of June with some fun events of celebration. --- Cornerstone Montessori invited Heather-Feather's Face Painting to come out for a "Last Day Of School" party! --- St. Peter In Chains Cathedral invited us out to, once again, have some fun at their summer picnic! --- Great fun with the kids!

Face Painting at the Arthritis Society's "Walk To Fight Arthritis" Fundraiser...

to come out to their fundraiser this past Sunday

at Jackson Park.

While the day was rainy, adults, children, and animals alike all came out to support the walkers with smiles and laughs as they raised funds to help fight arthritis.  In addition to the actual walk, itself, there were a number of others out to support the big effort, including performers from the Peterborough Academy of Circus Arts (with Pyroflys), members of the Peterborough Tai Chi Society, a wonderful percussionist on the djembe drum (with some very catchy beats encouraging walkers), Washboard Hank, Country 105, Heather-Feather's Face Painting, and more!  What a great day!  Walkers were even greeted by this magnificent Snapping Turtle on the pathway as they made their way back into base camp at the end of their respective tracks.

Face Painting For Your Child's Birthday Party!

We were so honoured to be invited to a Princess Party during the last day of business for Play Street!  In addition to the great fun they were having with the climbing sets, toys, interactive videos and more, the girls all wanted forehead crowns with sparkly skin gems and the boys all wanted superhero insignias.  Also offered were temporary tattoos, crazy hair, coloured hairspray, and stickers!  These options all come in our "Birthday Party Extravaganza Package" and can be viewed by clicking on the "Birthday Party" link on the right-hand side of your screen.
